On June 20, 2023, Professor LIU Mingwei, Associate Dean of the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (USA) and Director of the Center for Global Work and Employment, was invited to deliver an academic lecture for SoB faculty and students on “How to publish a paper in an international journal of human resource management.” The event was presided over by Professor XIE Jun of SoB. Professor Xie first welcomed Professor Liu on behalf of SoB faculty and students and briefly introduced Professor Liu’s background and academic achievements. At the end of the lecture, Professor Xie remarked that Professor Liu had provided a detailed explanation of the entire process of writing and publishing academic papers in international journals, giving participants a deep understanding and inspiration regarding how to choose research topics, communicate with reviewers, invite other experts and scholars to collaborate, and other related aspects.
