On June 6, 2023, SoB invited National High-level Talent Professor LIU Zhiqiang from the School of Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, to deliver an online academic lecture for SoB faculty and students on the topic “How to Make Research Interesting.” Professor HAN Xiaohua, Associate Dean of SoB, attended and presided over the lecture. Some of our faculty and graduate students from SoB also participated. After the presentation, participating faculty asked questions regarding topic selection, project proposals, and the choice of literature, to which Professor LIU Zhiqiang provided patient and detailed professional answers. In this lecture, SoB’s faculty and students engaged in in-depth academic exchange with Professor Liu and were greatly inspired by “how to make research interesting.” The lecture concluded successfully.
