Recently, the People’s Government of Guangdong Province announced the winners of the 10th Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Awards. Professor HAN Xiaohua and Associate Professor ZHU Zhenduo from School of Business (SoB) of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) received honors. Professor HAN Xiaohua’s paper, Optimal Recovery Strategy of Manufacturers: Remanufacturing Products or Recycling Materials?, and Associate Professor ZHU Zhenduo’s paper, Co-Governance and Innovation Decision: Paternalism and Foresight Effect in the Intergenerational Succession of Chinese Family Firm, both won Second Prizes. These two awards represent a breakthrough for SoB in the number of Second Prize-winning papers. SoB will continue to prioritize quality, strengthen the cultivation of high-level research outcomes. By improving its research organization and management, strengthening incentive and support systems, SoB will drive new progress and breakthroughs in the research development.
