Call for Applications: Undergraduate Student Exchange Program at Audencia Business School for the 1st Semester, 2025-2026

According to the Regulations on the Management of International Exchange Students of GDUFS and the cooperation agreement between GDUFS and Audencia Business School, outstanding undergraduate students will be selected to study at Audencia Business School next semester. The exchange program will be from September 2025 to December 2025 (subject to the course schedule of Audencia Business School). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Eligibility

1. Full-time undergraduate students of the Class of 2023 of School of Business (SoB).

*The proposed exchange major must correspond to the student’s primary major.

*Students currently enrolled in a minor program (including double degrees) during this semester must provide a Guarantee Letter for Minor Study (see Appendix 3).

Only exchange students will be selected for this program; applicants must sign the relevant Commitment Letter as required (see Appendix 2).

Candidates should have high overall quality, good moral character, no disciplinary record, and be in good health to successfully complete academic requirements (including the selection semester).

2. Excellent academic performance: cumulative GPA of all courses from the first semester to the present must be 3.0 or above (inclusive), with no failing, make-up, zero-score, or retake records (including the selection semester).

3. IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent English proficiency.

4. Students are allowed to apply for only one program and one major. Applications for multiple programs are not permitted. Applicants should consider carefully; students who wish to apply for another program must wait until the selection for this program is completed. Once the selection results are announced, admitted students are not allowed to withdraw arbitrarily.

5. The application must be submitted through filling out all forms and uploading materials online. For detailed instructions, see Appendix 1. Please note:

(1) Paper applications are not accepted. Applicants must register online and upload materials within the specified timeframe. Late submissions or modifications will not be accepted (please plan your time and register as early as possible!)

(2) All materials must be organized and uploaded strictly according to Appendix 1. Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will result in disqualification.

II. Application and admission

Eligible students must provide the following application materials:

1. Online application form (see Appendix 1 for instructions)

★Please fill out the form truthfully. Any falsification will result in disqualification. The proposed exchange major must be entered in English with the corresponding Chinese translation.

2. Academic transcript from GDUFS (please upload a scanned copy of the original).

3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) including personal information, academic and educational background, awards, etc., if applicable; please upload a scanned copy.

4. Proof of English proficiency (please upload a scanned copy of the original).

5. For students enrolled in a minor program, a Guarantee Letter for Minor Study must be provided (see Appendix 3; sign as required and upload a scanned copy of the original).

6. Commitment Letter (see Appendix 2; sign as required and upload a scanned copy of the original).
