According to the Regulations on the Management of International Exchange Students of GDUFS and the cooperation agreement between GDUFS and Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), France, several undergraduate students will be selected next semester to participate in the 2+2 and 3+1 Bachelor’s double-degree programs at GEM. The 2+2 program will run from July 2024 to June 2026, and the 3+1 program will run from July 2024 to June 2025, subject to GEM’s course schedule. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Eligibility
1. Full-time undergraduate students of Class of 2021 and 2022 of School of Business (SoB).
*The proposed study major must correspond to the student’s primary major.
*Students currently enrolled in a minor program (including double degrees) during this semester must provide a Guarantee Letter for Minor Study (see Appendix 3).
Only exchange students for the double degree program (one-way outbound) will be selected for this program.
Candidates should have high overall quality, excellent academic performance, good moral character with no disciplinary record, and be in good health to successfully complete study requirements (including during the selection semester).
2. English proficiency: Cambridge English Proficiency/ Advanced/ Business Higher level C1: Grade A, B or C; or TOEFL IBT: minimum 80 (90 preferred); or IELTS Academic/IELTS Indicator: minimum 6.0 (6.5 preferred). (Please note: this is a requirement set by the partner school and is not a strict hard-cut for GDUFS internal selection; however, applicants who already meet these standards will receive priority in recommendation.)
3. Applicants must complete the following general/required courses by the selection semester:
○College English: only the professional English courses in semesters 5/6 may remain to be completed (for non-English majors);
○Required mathematics courses: all completed (if applicable);
○Required statistics courses: all completed (if applicable);
○Required computer courses: all completed;
○Required ideological and political courses: for Class from 2015 onward, only “Social Practice II” (5th semester) applies;
○Required physical education courses: all completed;
○Second foreign language: only the 5th-semester second foreign language course (course 3) may remain to be completed (for English majors);
○General elective courses: all completed.
Applicants are required to sign the relevant Commitment Letter as instructed (see Appendix 2).
4. Please apply cautiously. Once applied, students intending to join other overseas exchange programs may only do so after this program’s selection results are announced. Once the selection results are released, admitted students are not allowed to withdraw arbitrarily.
5. The application must be submitted through filling out all forms and uploading materials online. For detailed instructions, see Appendix 1. Please note:
(1) Paper applications are not accepted. Applicants must register online and upload materials within the specified timeframe. Late submissions or modifications will not be accepted (please plan your time and register as early as possible!)
(2) All materials must be organized and uploaded strictly according to Appendix 1. Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will result in disqualification.
II. Schedule

Teaching Affairs Division and the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange finalize the list and return approved names to SoB, which will publicize the proposed candidates list. |

After the publicity period, SoB organizes recommended candidates to contact teachers in GEM for application. |
