On the morning of April 19, a delegation of ten from the School of International Business and the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Zhejiang International Studies University, led by Dean FAN Zheng and joined by Vice Deans SONG Shuli, FANG Meiyu, and LI Weiqing, as well as Deputy Chairperson ZHENG Congxia, visited School of Business (SoB) for an exchange visit. The meeting was attended by YUAN Denghua, Executive Dean of SoB; Associate Deans DING Hao and HAN Xiaohua; Deputy Chairperson SHEN Changxia; faculty representatives; and CHANG Cheng, Research Secretary of the School of Economics and Trade. The event featured two parallel sessions: one on international accreditation and discipline development, and another on student affairs.

At the session on international accreditation and discipline development, YUAN extended a warm welcome to Dean FAN and his delegation and introduced SoB’s profile and recent achievements. Both sides exchanged views on key issues such as the challenges in applying for EPAS accreditation, English-medium instruction and textbook use, student internationalization, e-commerce program development, and the establishment of community service systems. At the student affairs session, both sides introduced their respective institutions and schools, and held discussions on topics including talent cultivation in the new era, ideological and political education, daily management, employment and entrepreneurship practices, and student affairs team development. Both sides expressed the intention to strengthen future exchanges and cooperation, focusing on fostering integrity and virtue, so as to advance student development.
