To thoroughly implement the special action of “Visiting Enterprises to Expand Opportunities and Promote Employment”, further advance university—enterprise cooperation in depth, and continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation, on March 17, 2023, School of Business (SoB) paid a visit to Guangzhou NIO. and held an enterprise visit activity together with the signing and unveiling ceremony for a student internship base. Attending the event were XIAO Ximing, Chairperson of SoB, SHEN Changxia, Deputy Chairperson of SoB, ZHOU Yu, faculty member from the Department of Business Administration, counselors WANG Zhen, XIANG Yuanwei, and LIU Fuxian, from NIO Guangzhou, CHEN Qing, Regional General Manager, ZHENG Min, HR Director, LI Zhiyang, Director of the User Development Department, and KUANG Guoquan, Recruitment Manager; as well as representatives of students from SoB “Youth Marxist Training Project” and the second cohort of the Alibaba Cross-border E-commerce Program. Following speeches from both sides, XIAO Ximing and CHEN Qing jointly signed the Cooperation Agreement on Establishing a Student Internship Base between Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) and Guangzhou NIO and unveiled the internship base plaque.
