In order to implement the policy decisions for higher education graduate employment, strengthen university-enterprise cooperation, actively expand employment opportunities, and promote high-quality employment for graduates, on the morning of March 21, ZENG Chuhong, Executive Dean of School of Business (SoB), and SHEN Changxia, Deputy Chairperson, led students to Guangzhou Homfel Ltd for the “Visiting Businesses to Create Job Opportunities” initiative. The visit aimed to deepen university-enterprise cooperation and establish a diversified employment mechanism.

This initiative provided a platform for communication between the university and the enterprise, facilitating precise alignment between SoB’s talent cultivation and the actual needs of employers. It also promoted the development of industry-education integration, enhanced the quality of graduate employment efforts, and achieved mutual benefits and common development.
