On September 13, 2023, to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and promote mutual empowerment between universities and enterprises, the opening ceremony for the second phrase of Jiangxi Copper Corporation’s (a Fortune Global 500 company) “New Talents for Copper Merchants” Training Program, organized by Jiangxi Copper Corporation and undertaken by SoB, GDUFS, was held in Classroom 203, Building 9, Baiyun Mountain Campus. XIAO Ximing, Chairperson of SoB, YUAN Denghua, Executive Dean, WEI Haibin, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department of Jiangxi Copper Corporation, XU Zhikang, Deputy Director of the Training Management Department of the Education and Training Center, the administrative team of MBA Center, and 48 trainees from Jiangxi Copper Corporation attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by YUAN Denghua. This training program encompasses over 20 courses, including Sales Risk Control and Accounts Receivable Management, Investment and Risk Management in Copper Futures, and Prevention and Resolution of Procurement Contract Disputes under the New Civil Code of China. It equips students with a cutting-edge and systematic knowledge framework for modern enterprise management.
