On November 23, 2024, School of Business (SoB) at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) held the 11th “FTBY Cup” Alumni Badminton Tournament in the gymnasium of the University Town Campus. The event was attended by LIN Ming, Chairperson of Forewin Trading Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou and Executive Chairperson of the Alumni Association of SoB, HUANG Huinuan, General Manager of Forewin Trading Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou, YAO Shuibin, Executive Vice President of SoB Alumni Association and Chairperson of Guangzhou Zhonghai Chemical Fuel Co., Ltd., and HUANG Chaowei, Executive Secretary-General of the Alumni Association Council of SoB. More than 200 alumni formed eight teams to compete in a full day of matches. Faculty members, including XIAO Feng, Chairperson of SoB, and SHEN Changxia, Deputy Chairperson of SoB, participated throughout the event.
