From October 17 to October 18, the EPAS accreditation expert group, led by Professor Michel Poté, former Dean of ESSCA Business Schooland lEM Normandie, conducted a two-day on-site inspection at SOB. SUI Guangjun, Party Secretary of GDUFS, warmly welcomed the international accreditation expert group and introduced the school to them. Professor Michel Poté, on behalf of the expert group, extended thanks to Party Secretary SUI Guangjun for the reception and introduced the members of the expert group. JIAO Fangtai, Vice President of GDUFS, KE Xiaohua, Director of Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, JIANG Lin, Director of Academic Programs Division, and ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of SOB were present. SHI Youqi, President of GDUFS, attended the meeting that aimed to share feedback after the on-site inspection and delivered a speech. Vice President JIAO Fangtai and Dean ZHU Wenzhong also attended the meeting. Professor Michel Poté first gave the preliminary feedback report on behalf of the expert group, giving credit for the undergraduate program of SOB and offering a lot of valuable suggestions on how to further improve the quality of this program in accordance with the rules of EPAS accreditation. President SHI Youqi, on behalf of the university, extended heartfelt thanks to the experts for their support and help and expressed his admiration for their dedication and responsible attitude. The two-day on-site inspection of the EPAS accreditation expert group started with their discussion with leaders of SOB. Dean ZHU Wenzhong introduced SOB's development, vision, mission and values, and answered specific questions raised by accreditation experts. WEI Chuanwen, Party Secretary of SOB, and other leaders participated in the discussion. The expert group also had a discussion and exchange ideas with various representatives of SOB including directors in charge of different departments, management team of the undergraduate program and teachers. They visited the library, laboratory and student innovation and entrepreneurship center, etc., and delved into the teaching equipment and facilities supporting the undergraduate program of SOB.
