On January 21-22, 2019, ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of SOB, and DING Hao, Vice Dean, went to Shanghai to attend the“The 2019 EFMD Conference for Deans & Directors General” under the theme of“Career-oriented Deans in the Global Context” hosted byChina Europe International Business School. During the meeting, ZHU Wenzhongintroduced the progress of EPAS certification, expert guidance and preparation work of self-assessment of SOB, and actively exchanged opinions with Eric Cornuel, EFMD’s Chief Executive Officer and Director General. In the meanwhile, he exchanged opinions and expanded cooperation with the deans of University of Queensland, Massey University, andRennes School of Business. He also learned experience from University of Macau, Tongji University, and China Europe International Business School. The conference is an important platform for business school leaders to shareexperience of management and education, and strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and exchanges, as well as providing favorable conditions for the development of business schools.
