From May 18 to 21, 2025, the 2025 Global Deans and Directors Conference of the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the Business Graduates Association (BGA) was held in Berlin, Germany. School of Business (SoB) was represented by faculty members YUAN Denghua and SHEN Zhonghua. During the session showcasing distinctive business school practices, YUAN Denghua was invited to deliver a presentation on behalf of SoB. Centered on SoB’s positioning of “Global Vision and Chinese Way of Business”, his talk provided a comprehensive overview of SoB’s mission, vision, and SMILE values. He highlighted SoB’s distinctive focus on internationalization and digitalization, as well as its global training system designed to cultivate well-rounded talents with professional competence, social skills, and digital intelligence. The presentation fully reflected SoB’s strategic characteristics and international development direction. The global conference not only strengthened SoB’s ties with peer business schools worldwide, but also provided a strong impetus for advancing the integration of AI into business education, international accreditation, and deepening global exchanges and cooperation.
