On October 27, 2024, the 27th AMBA & BGA Capacity Building Workshop for Chinese Business School: Best Practices and Sustainable Development was successfully held in Wuhan, co-hosted by School of Business Administration at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and the Zhejiang University Global Entrepreneurship Research Center (ZJU-GERC). The seminar was chaired by WANG Zhongming, Senior Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences at Zhejiang University and Special-grade Expert of Zhejiang Province, and Director of ZJU-GERC. Over 60 business school leaders and international accreditation officers from more than 20 universities across China attended the workshop. On behalf of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), LIU Shumin, Director of the International Accreditation and Exchange Office of School of Business (SoB), and FAN Zihui, Supervisor for International Affairs of MBA Education Center, were invited to participate. This workshop also provided an opportunity for SoB to follow up on its AMBA & BGA on-site re-accreditation in May 2024 AND act on the expert recommendations in line with its “From Excellence to Distinction” initiative.
