To respond to and further implement the “Healthy China 2030” plan, cultivate young students’ awareness of being “the first person responsible for their own health,” and promote the physical and mental health of young students, on the evening of May 24, School of Business (SoB) held a psychological health theater titled “Halt AIDS, Walk with Love” at the Student Recreation Center, University Town Campus. Attendees included XU Huifang, postgraduate tutor at the Sun Yat-sen University School of Public Health, Vice President and Standing Director of the Guangdong Association of STD and AIDS Prevention and Control, YAO Zhilu, Project Officer of the Guangdong Association of STD and AIDS Prevention and Control, SHEN Changxia, Deputy Chairperson of SoB, WENG Guimin, Director of the Public Health Center of the GDUFS Hospital, LUO Yiying, instructor of SoB Psychological Assistance Team, and members of the Guangdong Adolescent Sexual Health Alliance. This psychological health theater leveraged expert guidance and peer education, delivering scientific knowledge through interactive and participatory activities. It aimed to raise students’ awareness of physical and mental health, encourage them to care for their own physical and mental health, love themselves, others, and society, and continuously improve their psychological quality in life, thereby showcasing the vibrant and positive spirit of university students.
