On the morning of May 23, to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, launch the thematic education campaign on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and implement the requirement of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) for in-depth investigation and research, the In-depth Investigation by the Development and Planning Division and School of Business (SoB), along with the Symposium on 14th Five-Year Plan Discipline Development was successfully held in Room 360, Faculty Building on the University Town Campus. YUAN Denghua, Executive Dean of SoB, LIU Xiang, Deputy Director of the Development and Planning Division, and others attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by YUAN Denghua.

This symposium adhered to a problem-oriented approach, providing an effective communication platform for both SoB and the Development and Planning Division D, promoting the healthy and orderly development of SoB’s 14th Five-Year Plan, discipline construction, and non-degree education training work, and facilitating the high-quality development of SoB and the progress of various tasks.
