Published nearly 100 papers in academic journals at home and abroad like HUMOR, Social Indicators Research, Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education, and Chinese Mental Health Journal, 10 of which are indexed in the SCCI. The papers won 1 first prize and 3 second prizes of Guangdong Excellent Teaching Achievement Award, and 1 second prize of Guangdong Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award.

Monographs and Textbooks

Published 16 textbooks including Organizational Behaviour (excellent textbook of Guangdong) and 14 monographs including Alibaba Commissar System.

Research

    Projects

Presided over and participated in a number of national, provincial and ministerial-level government-sponsored programs, and undertook over 20 government and enterprise commissioned projects.

Social Positions

Vice President and Secretary-General of Guangdong Academy of Human Resources, host of Guangdong Excellent Resource-sharing Courses on organizational behavior, visiting professor of universities like Guangdong University of Finance, expert in demonstration of major administrative decisions of the People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality, expert included in Guangzhou Women and Children’s Work Think Tank.
