On the afternoon of December 21, 2023, Business Academic Forum Session 62 was held as scheduled. This academic forum invited Professor ZHANG Qun, Director of the Institute of Management Science at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, to deliver an academic lecture titled “Comparison of Chinese and Foreign Corporate Management Cultures.” The event was presided over by Associate Professor SUN Hailong. At the end of the lecture, Professor Zhang patiently answered questions from the faculty and students, and engaged in in-depth discussions with them on issues such as “Will Japan’s lifetime employment system disappear?” This lecture not only enhanced everyone’s understanding of the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign corporate management cultures, but also gave the faculty and students a clearer understanding of the characteristics of corporate cultures in different countries.
