On the afternoon of December 20, 2023, SoB invited Professor LIU Mingwei, Associate Dean of the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (USA), to speak at the Business Academic Forum and deliver an academic lecture titled “New Digital Technology, Work, and Human Resource Management Research Frontiers and Outlook.” The event was presided over by Professor XIE Jun. This lecture had a strong academic atmosphere, allowing SoB’s faculty and students to gain an in-depth understanding of the research frontiers in human resource management in the context of new digital technologies.
